Programs Offered
Successful support and healing happens over time, therefore I often prefer to work with clients for more than one session and offer package programs. I take you through a very thorough health assessment and protocol over several months in order for you to receive the full benefit of nutrition consulting. Many of the above are what you receive in sessions.

The following programs are currently offered:

Getting started 3 - month program $395.00
6 Consultations over three month period. Not recommended for long term, chronic
health issues. This is a good way to get started if you have some basic concerns
and not long standing health issues of over one year or more. Included are
an initial intake session of approximately 1 1/2 hours and 5 - 20 minute follow
up phone sessions.

Commitment to succeed 6 - month program $695

10 Consultations
over 6 months. Recommended for long term, more chronic health issues. This program
includes many features that are not included in the 3-month program, such as
an initial multi-vitamin included in above cost, and online support. Includes
first intake session of 1 1/2 hour and 9 - 20 minute follow up sessions. Weight
loss resistance 6 - month program $695 This is a program specifically
designed for those who have ‘weight loss resistance’ issues to be determined
in an initial intake assessment. Not recommended for everyone and I do not recommend
it for those with under 20 lbs to lose. Some who qualify as obese may also qualify
for a new tax credit from the government of up to $2,500 towards obesity programs.
Includes first intake session of 1 1/2 hour and 9 - 20 minute follow up sessions.
Includes first bottle of multi-vitamin and online support.

Detoxification 3 week program $125

This program is for those interested in regaining
vitality and health with a gentle and easy to follow detoxification program,
tailored to the individual and offered in group sessions for support. All supplements
including specific hypo-allergenic protein powders and detoxification support
not included in the above fee, and required for this program. This is not a
fast, but a healthful cleansing program that does include protein and nutrients.
Detoxification is not recommended for those taking medications, pregnant, or
with serious health concerns. Two in- person sessions with the group at the
beginning and the end of the program and several phone support sessions are
included along with informational packet.

Maintenance program $125 monthly

This program is designed to keep you on track
for where you want to be for life. It can be challenging to stick to our
health goals. New issues come up, new life events, new questions or just
the need for on-going support. This program is for those who have successfully
completed one of the other long term programs and desires regular on-going
coaching from once to twice per month. Includes one 1 hour session in person
per month or by phone, plus on-going online support as needed.

Individual Sessions $85/Hour

Other Services

Nutrition support before and after surgery- Hourly rate
Know what to do to support yourself going into surgery and recovery coming out of it. Know what supplements and foods to take and what not to. Support your immune strength and a quicker recovery period.

Post-Partum Support Package for new moms $195
This package includes one hour of nutritionally dense meals cooked for you in your home, one hour of nutritional consulting and reiki, and one hour of doula support. 3 Hours total to be completed in one session at your home. I am passionate about supporting new moms in their transition home with a new baby. I see my position as one of support for the mother, and while I can offer some support to the new infant, this is not primary. I’m there to help you- the mom in the ways mentioned. I recently completed the Post- partum Doula training at Natural Resources in San Francisco with Tracy Masillon.

EFT ‘Emotional Freedom Technique’- Hourly rate
Learn to tap with your fingers on specific meridian points to relieve stress and conquer anxieties. This technique is relatively fast in most cases, can be taught so that you can do it for yourself any time you need to, and is amazingly effective especially when used over time. It can be used to assist people in achieving goals, feeling positive and relieving stress. I highly encourage clients to give it a try and enjoy working with people using it.
